- Artur Vladimirovich Kirilenko was born on June 22, 1972 in Gorlovka, Donetsk region, USSR.
- In 1991 he graduated from the Industrial Technical College (presently Gorlovsky Technical College of Donetsk National University)
- 1991-1992 served in the armed forces
- In 1993 he moved to St. Petersburg
- In 1994 along with Sergei Polonsky he founded Stroimontage Corporation, which was set to become one of the leaders of the construction and property development business in the St. Petersburg. From 1994 till 2010 he remained the chairman of the company.
- In 1998 he became one of the founders of the Association ‘Construction and Industrial Complex of the North-West’ and remained the member of its Board till 2009.
- In 2000 he graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering majoring in economics and management in construction.
- In 2002 he became PhD in economics after presenting his thesis on competitiveness of a construction business in Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering
- Between 2004 and 2009 he was a member of St. Petersburg Government Advisory board for city-planning development.
- Starting from 2010 Artur Kirilenko is working with Russian and international real-estate projects in a capacity of business and strategy advisor, sharing his vast experience in real-estate development and property managing. He also participates in funding property development projects both in Russia and abroad.
