In 2003, with a view to diversify its business Stromintage Corporation created a French subsidiary Stroïmontage de Paris, later renamed Hermitage, and appointed Emin Iskenderov a head of the newly established business.

In 2004 Hermitage started developing its first project and in 2006 launched the construction of Les Allées de l’Hermitage, its first residential project for 300 apartments. Both Russian shareholders and the French partners including the mayor of Montevrain, the town where the projet was located, attended the launching ceremony. The project was succesfully completed in 2008, several monthes before the planned completion date.

 

Application of the creative approach to the architectural design, marketing and sales technologies, has provided for creation of the project which was named the best project of 2008 in the region of Ile-de-France.

In the following years Hermitage has completed the collection of projects such as Avant-Seine for 300 apartments in 2009, Domaine du Lac for 1000 apartments in 2009 and Le Jardin des Muses for 200 apartments in 2012.

 

In 2007 Hermitage started working on development of the multifunctional property Hermitage Plaza, which became the flagship project for the company. The architect of the project is Sir Norman Foster. The twin towers of 320 meters high will become the highest buildings both in Paris and in Western Europe.

The project is being developed.
